We opened our storefront office as a print and fulfillment company primarily servicing financial institutions.
1975–2000
We steadily grew our business as the second generation took control of the company and explored new vertical markets.

We pick up the phone using real people. Without us answering the phone adding a personal touch we wouldn’t be able to retain our membership. We knew we needed a new process that was scalable, something to reduce the costs and the steps required for completion. What was fine years ago was not working. Something had to change. We did not even know if we would be able to facilitate all the needs with our own system. Since we’ve rolled out the new system from BFC it’s been great. Easy to use, especially after their webinar. It’s intuitive and user friendly. You can’t plan or have conversations with management without data. Now, we have it.
We’re extremely happy with the new platform. We know that anytime we need to make changes we can trust BFC to make it happen and that those changes will continue to make things even easier. Beyond ease-of-use, we’ve seen savings from moving all of our platforms over to BFC. Of all our vendors they are more like a true business partner.
